Associated Coaches

In addition to our Principals, Entelechy Partners is allied with a network of executive and leadership coaches who bring their unique talents to engagements as necessary to ensure the best possible fit between coaching staff and clients.

All of our Associated Coaches are qualified with years of leadership in business, backed up by formal coaching and facilitation training and credential.  Entelechy Partners is committed to working only with coaches with both leadership acumen and formal coach training- and who adhere to the strictest of ethical and professional standards for their coaching practice.

Associate Coach -  John Arnold is a Principal at The Human Capital Group in Palm Beach, Florida.  He is a man with a deep appreciation for life who has spent the last two decades helping others become their best selves. Articulate and creative, John uses his strong personal instincts, 25 years of corporate experience, and a unique leadership style to challenge individuals and organizations to define and then achieve their personal and professional goals.
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in retail, commercial banking and the securities industry, John is particularly adept at constructing customized coaching processes, performing cultural assessments, and developing strategic plans for middle and upper management within these fields. But his financial acumen easily translates into the not-for-profit sector too. He is as comfortable engaging executives and teams as he is individuals, and this is why he tops the list of coaches to call for some of the world's leading companies.  John was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Marymount College and is a preferred speaker on the subject of influential leadership and professional development.

Associated Coach - Janet Harvey is the founder of  Invite Change, a life and leadership coaching company in Seattle, WA.  Her years of experience as a business leader provide the backdrop for her ability to work in depth on the importance of authenticity and personal vision as critical leadership skills.

As an officer with Charles Schwab and General Mills, Janet’s twenty-year corporate experience is integrated to a powerful combination of coaching, consulting and training services that drive effectiveness and growth for individuals and teams.  Over the past ten years she has worked inside the board room with directors, with executive leadership teams and with change agents to drive diverse types of organizational and strategic growth.  Janet has served such diverse clients as The Provident, LoanCity.com and Johnson & Johnson.

Janet is a published author (A guide to Getting It: Powerful Leadership Skills) on the subject of influence and leadership. In addition to a BS in Economics and Finance, Janet earned an MA from the University of San Francisco in Organizational Development.
